MMA for Kids (Boys & Girls) 5 years to 6 years (not in grade 1 yet)
Tuesdays & Thursdays 2pm – 3pm

This is a fun fitness class where kids learn some basics of boxing and Submission Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)
No sparring in these classes.

Our goal is to get them mma/wrestling ready for when they go to grade 1. Where they can join the class below.

MMA for Kids (Boys & Girls) 7 years to 12 years (Grade 1 to Grade 6)
Mondays to Thursdays 3:15 pm – 4:45 pm

Boxing only classes for seniors (ages 13 & up) Mondays & Wednesdays 5pm – 5:50pm
Our focus in these classes are mainly boxing techniques. Those that want to can also do boxing sparring.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) for High School Kids & Seniors (Men & Women) 13 years and up (Grade 8 and up)
Mondays to Thursdays 6pm – 7:30pm

Our focus in these classes are Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling.
