Bear Fight Club Academy in George offers classes in wrestling, jiu-jitsu, boxing & mma.
Classes we offer:
Wrestling & Jiu-Jitsu for kids ages 5 and up.
Seniors and High School kids boxing, mma, jiu-jitsu and wrestling.
Group fitness classes.
Personal 1 on 1 training.
Sports conditioning for Athletics, Rugby and all types of sport.
Class Schedule:
Kids age 5 to 7 years:
Tuesdays & Thursdays – 14h00-15h00
Kids age 8 tot 13 years:
Tuedays & Thursdays – 15h00 – 17h00
Senior & High School Kids:
Mondays & Wednesdays – 17h15-19h00
Tuesdays & Thursdays – 18h15-19h30
Pricing:
Registration – R200.00 once off.
Monthly Fee – R600 per month.
Clothing for kids:
Rugby shorts, rugby jersey, t-shirt, rash vest, dry-fit shirt etc.
No pockets, zips or buttons on clothing.
Boxing, MMA & minimum required sparring gear for high school and adults fighter class:
12oZ, 140Z or 160Z propper padded boxing gloves.
Mouth guard.
Tournaments & Competitions:
Kids can compete and earn both provincial and national colours in MMA, Jiu-Jitsu & Wrestling.
